Breathwork is a holistic and accessible practice that nurtures the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Our breath serves as a bridge connecting these elements, allowing us to harness its power for healing and self-discovery.

Tailored to your unique needs, each breathwork session offers a profound opportunity to explore and heal all dimensions of your existence. This ancient practice, rooted in conscious and intentional breathing, goes beyond the simple act of inhaling and exhaling.

During our sessions, you'll engage in various breathing exercises designed to heighten your awareness, improve breathing efficiency, and promote deep relaxation. The 3-Part Active Breathwork technique invites clarity, guidance, and intuitive connection with every layer of your being.

In-person sessions are available in Northern Vancouver Island or sessions are offered virtually via Zoom, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own space. I also offer a sliding scale fee of $85–125 for BIPOC individuals, ensuring that this healing practice remains accessible to all. I invite you to embark on this journey of transformation and self-exploration together.
