January 2025 Workshop Series: Grounded Together - Building Your Daily Practice in Community

Grounded Together: Building Your Daily Practice in Community 🌿✨

Start your new year with intention, devotion, and connection. This January, join us for Grounded Together: Building Your Daily Practice in Community, a 4-week wellness workshop series designed to help you cultivate a meaningful daily practice that supports your mind, body, and spirit.

🌸 What is Sadhana?
Sadhana is more than a routine—a sacred ritual, a living prayer, and a commitment to showing up for yourself every day. This series will help you weave a rhythm of growth, mindfulness, and peace into your daily life through breathwork, yoga, meditation, and reflection.

This series, led by Jessica Barudin and Harmeet Kaur, offers a supportive container to develop tools for grounding, resilience, and joy. Together, we’ll build practices that nourish our inner foundations while fostering connection within a community of like-minded souls.

🌱 What You’ll Receive
